At Alwataniah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
